Last night I took a pretty food photo. I think these were mini BLT's on Cornbread muffins. I don't eat the food...I just photograph it :)

Baseball Clinic

I went to the TCU Women's baseball Clinic last night and it was a great time. Lots of laughs and good photos too! There's a slideshow on the TCU website if you want to see more photos click on women's baseball clinic.

Love the TCU boots! They were sported by several attendees and a pair was given away as a door prize. Pretty Sweet. I'd like to win a pair of those...

The ladies all had a great time taking turns pitching while the players clocked their speed with a radar gun.

The coach's wife even got in the batting cage.

Monday's Images

Monday I worked at the Davey O'Brien Awards. It was a nice little mix of corporate work with my journalism roots. Here are a few favorites.

The Haunted Portraits

I photographed each of the ghouls and goblins individually. I made a little composite to share. I think this is what a photo booth at a graveyard on halloween might see :)

The Haunted House

Last night I took some photos at The Cutting Edge, a fantastic Haunted House. I know...it is February not October but It was really cool. All the actors wore tuxes and all the actresses wore prom dresses. It was a love themed Haunted House with rockin' love tunes by Barry White and Bon Jovi and others playing as you walked though. So cool.

Here are a few favorites.

I love the light on this one. My guide had this great flashlight and he turned the red beam on and pointed it at the ghoul in the trash can and I fired away until I caught the strobe light flashing in the room. By the way...my guide was awesome! It was a little surreal following a giant rabbit with a flashlight but we had so much fun.

This would totally freak me out if I were walking through.

Website Update

I spent the afternoon going through all of the family portraits and newborn photos I took the last three months and I updated all my slideshows on the website :)

These are mine and my husband's wedding rings. This is my Valentine for him this year. I bought the candy hearts a few weeks ago for a shoot and I was inspired tonight to make a photo. I used a couple of textures from Shadowhouse Creations to add some depth to the photo and of course I used my new macro :) Love that lens!
