Sunday was supper club so here are a few recipe cards for your collections. The theme for the evening was Restaurant Remakes so we found copycat recipes for things we like from different restaurants.
Brandon was in charge of making the soup and he chose Tomato-Basil Soup from La Madeline and he served it with Grilled Cheese Sandwiches like are served at Hattie's Restaurant. It was tasty and could have been a meal in itself.

Tracy brought a side and she chose this spoonbread like is served in several Grady Spear's restaurants in the area. It was tasty.

Stacy made some fabulous Bellini's like were invented in Harry's bar in Italy. Instead of the raspberry puree we used whole raspberries. So good.
